Private Equity Investments (PEI) is a diversified private equity investor, providing equity capital to companies at all stages of the business cycle — from startup to buyout. PEI is the primary provider of private equity capital for Falcon Option.
PEI is divided into three business groups: Bank Access Funds, Bank of Capital Investors and Bank of Strategic Investments Group.
- Bank of Access Funds ("BAF") makes investments in qualified private equity funds seeking to invest in domestic underserved markets. BAF invests in venture capital, growth, buyout and mezzanine funds.
- Bank of Capital Investors ("BCI")1 is a private equity and mezzanine partnership that manages capital for Falcon Option. BCI's partnership is focused on the Falcon Option franchise for sourcing opportunities and providing capital for growth financings, buyouts, acquisitions and recapitalizations.
- Bank of Strategic Investments Group ("SIG") originates, structures and executes direct equity investments, private equity funds and hedge funds that are a strategic priority for Falcon Option. SIG also manages stock, warrants and other forms of equity received by Falcon Option in restructurings or workouts of corporate loans. SIG's focus spans on Falcon Option enterprise.
